In April 2023, the Well & Wealthy Woman community participated in a research. The community members responded to a survey in which we asked women of age 45 and above the following questions:
- What do you think about aging?
- What challenges are you having with aging?
- What do you think about other aging women?
- What do you believe is God’s intention concerning aging?
- What is your opinion of how the government can help?
To make it easier for our respondents, we gave them options to choose from on what they think about aging: good, bad, scary, depressing, exciting or fulfilling.
Here’s the summary of what our respondents had to say about aging:
- 37% said aging is scary.
- 47% said God intended for aging to be a good experience.
- 26% believe aging was never in God’s agenda for us.
- 79% believe the government has a role to play for the aging population.
- 63% think aging is good, exciting or fulfilling.
- 80% are having challenges with aging.
